All the houses are the same style, and your trees are the same ones duplicated.

I wanted to keep a Traditional Style, and most trees are the same because that's the way it is, We all have the same trees in our front yards in my neighborhood where I live, The bright green (Forest Area) however will have mixed varieties of trees, as well as the park area.
