I've thought over this and I do not trust Sentry anymore, no matter how wise he is and no matter what the circumstances are.
You always annoyed the stuff out of people on Skype and now someone did it to you.
Person A harasses a bunch of people.
Person B says that he can twist Person A's wrist in a damaging manner.
Person A sarcastically says that he can do so.
Person B twists Person A's wrist.
Person B can be tipped for assault, and it goes on his criminal record if he gets arrested.
Likewise, Sentry is able to be reported as abusive on Skype because this is an exploit. I do not have Sentry on my Skype contact list, so I can not file a report. Even if Sentry registers another Skype account, then Microsoft will hopefully have the incident logged.
