Sure there's a base tempo, but it seems buried in sub melodies that don't match well. Then it kinda thins out to a single synth solo that really isn't too enjoyable.
All in all, it's an extremely warbly song and I don't care for it.

sub melodies... what? There are harmonies, of course, but not... sub melodies? There is no such thing as a "sub melody." Look, I don't wanna be rude or anything, but you don't know what you're talking about, I'm sorry. I understand you not liking it and I'm okay with it, but you have to know what you're talking about if you're gonna make claims like that. I beg to differ however, how the parts don't match up. I think they match up fine, but hey, it's my song, so I'm gonna be biased.

this sounds, really, really bad

the item pick up sound isn't so goodly pitched
the jump sound is pitched randomly for some reason
at some points it sounds like it's a different BPM
the only thing that sounds good is the synth but that doesn't sound right alone
not much percussions except in the intro

Yeah, the pitches aren't perfect, especially since it's sound effects. I think in the middle of the song, it sounds like the tempo is halved?

I get what they're saying about it being out-of-tune. The synth melody is in the key of B-flat major but the item pick-up sound/error sound's melody is in the key of D major.
Also, "sub-melodies" isn't the correct term; it's "counterpoint" or polyphony. The synth does the main melody while the item pick-up sound does a counterpoint melody.
Very experimental. I'll give it that. Hard to make sound effects into a good song, so I admire the attempt. Kinda sounds like something you'd hear in a demented fun house, honestly.
