I've had this issue for quite a while now and it's really annoying. I can't change RTB server prefs at all. All the boxes are clear and if I try to add anything and submit it, it says I have not made any changes. How do I fix it?

If I were you I would check for:

Conflicting add-ons
The latest version of RTB
a tiny troll hiding under the RTB gui eating your numbers

uh, could you do it again without trace so we can look for explicit error messages
