oh, and the console thing
1: reproduce error and post console.log
2: disable all non default add-ons by moving them all out of the add-ons directory, and see if problem persists
3: if it DOES persist, you're forgeted. try updating graphics card drivers.
4: if it DOES NOT persist, it's an add-on problem. move your add-ons back into the add-ons directory, 1/5th at a time. when the problem appears again, remove the last 1/5th, then start moving them in 1/25th at a time (1/5th of 1/5th). when the problem appears again, do the same thing until you have narrowed it down to 1 add-on that causes this problem.
it is important that you do this bugtesting so we can tell the countless other people with this problem what they should do.
