This is hilarious
Render, you aren't particularly well versed in the nuances of this particular subculture. Taking Glass seriously is a really bad idea. Hell, anyone who repeatedly calls someone a handicap and "a idiot" isn't worth listening to.
However, if you were making a joke there you needed to be a little bit more obvious about it because it did look pretty stupid.

I personally recommend AdwCleaner, as it gets rid of adware in services, registry, shortcuts, most of everything adware leaves behind. It's worked for me. A restart is required after a scan, though, and it closes most of your programs >_>

It's a notification that pops up with ioBit software. Did you download any recently?
i don't know what ioBit software i have and this just started happening today and the the last program i downloaded was a week or so ago

Did you check your extensions?

Gamebooster is Iobit. Do you use that?

Any extension you don't directly recognize and doesn't look default is worth turning off/uninstalling.
