That was a user named "Fact Sphere". They were using a script (I think made by MARBLE MAN) to seem like a bot, while copying and pasting facts.

that was not me, unfortunately
and I believe those facts were taken from wolfram alpha (where you said something and it responded with a fact about it)
i don't know about the ones it said on a loop
it also knew some math

It was the "Fact Sphere" from Portal 2.
If you look closely you can see all of the facts that he says are wrong.
I doubt it was taken from Wolfram Alpha.
