Another Error - Tools!

Ok now i can only use tools in Tutorial map, does anyone know why? Cause when i go into any other map when i host my tools arent working, i press q and the menu doesnt come down and i cant select tools. i need some help badly

Can you pick up stuff if you load a brick-save with items in it?

If so, some addon is messing up your spawning inventory.

Do you happen to have Space Guy's Tool Paints addon?
I know it makes it so you spawn with no items...
