proxy.fwdsnap.com shows up in the website bar before I get on big name websites

Before the netflix page loads, another website with the url
"http://proxy.fwdsnp.com/details.html?r=808&t=1244D1388715491A019566&b=1244&d=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.netflix.com%2F"
(I don't know if everybody should go to it) Comes up, chrome blocks a pop-up window from opening, and then it goes to netflix.
fwdsnap.com doesn't show up when I try accessing it directly, and I was wondering if anybody else has had this happen to them.
It also has shown up on amazon.com and microsoft.com, but no other websites to my knowledge.
