Recently I had Kaspersky installed onto my computer, and now I can't host. I gave BL access permission to everything, but that didn't solve the problem.

Had it installed yesterday and then instant impact.

You need an exception for blockland in the firewall.

Alternately, just disable it while you're hosting.
