Mech Add-On not found for DL?

I don't mean the Mech-Heavy and such, I mean the mech with Jetpacks, Shields, Health, and it had the tools Mech Autocannon, Mech Rocket-Launcher, Mech Knife and Mech Fists. Anybody know where this add on can be found or what it is called? Thanks!
