Author Topic: What do you do for animating look sequences?  (Read 871 times)

am_look, am_headside, am_headup all use rotation to say where a player is facing.  In animation for player types, how far is thebplayertype rotated, within how many keyframes, etc.

All the stickied tutorials don't indicate this, and I really want to know how to animate this correctly.

I am using Milkshape, but I believe something like this should transcend modeling programs.

Thank you.

am_rotCW, am_rotCCW
these are actually building animations

Oh.  It says in some of the guides that it's for when the player looks left or right.

I'm pretty sure the right-left looking animation is am_Look

Aye, but that really doesn't cover the specifics that I'm looking for.

How do I animate it, if I animate it?
