How to launch a dedicaded server via steam?

So, question is too simple, i cannot launch server and then - game. A some days ago Blockland has been updated, so, now i cannot launch dedi server.

Right click the game in the steam library and click 'properties'. Then click 'set launch options'. In the box enter -dedicated and hit okay. Now it will start in dedicated mode, but you'll have to remove the launch option in order to play normally.

Basically I just mean you have to undo it when you want to play normally again.

Also, the game launch in normal mode when i add "-dedicaded"

Try just dedicated then without the hyphen.
