Zapk's Rising Lava - Tournament

I've been thinking of this for a while now and people have asked about it so I spoke with Zapk and he's willing to set us up with a server to use (Thanks!).

The whole thing will start off with a giant free for all including all players. Based on how good you do during that you will be put into one of four groups. From there the groups will split in half with players pitted against players with a similar score. The groups will continue to halve until we have the final 1v1 for first place.

As for what map, there will be a vote. General rules involve no attempts to play unfairly by means of cheating or using hacks. try and be friendly towards each other, hopefully there won't be any insults thrown.

Sign up in this thread with your username and BL_ID so I know it's you. There will be a deadline for signing up but I won't set it now. Discuss times for when we should do things here as well, please. I don't want to end up setting everything up on a date where nobody can be present.

Dog suggested that players can put in $1 towards winning, so that the winner will receive said dosh money. He also suggested that the payment wouldn't be required and players who don't pitch in would not be eligible to receive said prize.
