Author Topic: Good, free, uncopyrighted music for youtube videos?  (Read 5011 times)

/title
As some of you know my youtube recently got a copyright strike.
So, can someone suggest me some websites to download free, uncopyrighted music, that sounds good?
If possible, can you post one that doesn't require a 99 year license or stuff? Royalty free, for example, gives you free music but you need to pay.

The only real way to get copyright free music is to subscribe to a royalty free sound effects site or make it yourself.

Provided you give credit to said musicians where needed, SoundCloud is one of your best bets.

What kind of genre are you looking for?

A bunch of my videos have copywritten music but the worst that usually happens is an ad gets put in my video or it gets blocked in germany. I've never gotten a strike.

let the bodies hit the floor and dreamcape

Any free music I've made is available for use (music I sell is available as well, but you said you want free stuff). I'm pretty sure it'd be the same for any of the BL musicians; just ask.

let the bodies hit the floor

That makes sense, I get so sick of hearing this song in videos. Like every video uses it.

let the bodies hit the floor and dreamcape
what about caramelldansen

Even though this is targeted for Flash projects, it has tons of other uses for them and a lot of it is free to use.
