Youtube Automatic Copyright Rant

My Youtube account just received a copyright strike even though I used fair use laws in my favor. The video was also deleted. I have deleted all other of my possibly copyright infringing videos, so I don't know what's up.
This sucks. Now I can't post private and unlisted videos, and my video can't be above 15 minutes, even though I just deleted copyright infringing videos. Heeelpppp...
I was also forced to watch a happy tree friends video on copyright.
