I bought Blockland a long time ago('08 i think), and my friend and I recently started playing again. We realized that the new update removed the ability to load maps. Instead of bitching about it here, we decided to download an older version of the game (v19). Everything went smoothly until I wanted to host an internet game. To my friend (who has the same game version as me), my server does not show up. Now my question is; would hosting a dedicated server fix this? If not, is there any other way of making this happen? We understand that we are trying to run an unsupported and outdated version of the game, so we are fine if there is no solution.
My friend and I would really appreciate any help.
