Author Topic: Qustodio vs. Blockland  (Read 988 times)

So I posted a topic not too long ago that my Blockland key won't authenticate and figured it has to be because of Qustodio (tried everything else), I even found a couple reviews on the Qustodio site (a parental control thing) from people who have Blockland and Qustodio ruined it. I am pretty unhappy at the thought that I can't play Blockland online at all unless I have access to some other computer. I'm thinking Blockland just doesn't have a way to get through or my dad blocked the game.
I don't play single player much anyway because it overheats my pc within less than 20 minutes (I have a $20 cooling pad with a built-in fan and my PS3 USB fan hooked up to it). According to reviews there isn't a way to enable Blockland so it can get through. Has anyone had this problem? If so, tell me what you (did/would do) about it.

Sorry for such a long post but thank you for reading it.

Delete qustudio? What's your problem?

I didn't install it, I don't know the password to get in

ask your dad to unblock the game?!?!?!?

oh wait missed this:

so i'm pokin around custodistuffs website looking for a fix or a help document or anything, and i spot this

loving CHESS GAME
loving SNIPPING TOOL
BETTER BLOCK YOUR KIDS FROM USING THE SNIPPING TOOL, THEY MIGHT TAKE SCREEN CAPTURES!!!!!

yeah i think you're gonna just have to work with your parents on this one. i don't see another way aside from trying to break qustodio which would actually be pretty easy, if a bit advanced, but definitely not worth the backlash from your parents

Yeah I guess I'll just ask my dad about it again and see what happens

Ok, my hunch was correct. I can play online now and single player crashes no longer.
