so the info for servers using rtb to show the add ons its using does not work

He was using rtb last time i joined his server (it was a rtb hosting demo server)
So yeah, most likely

they are rtb it says in the server list

It has to be a server using RTB for it to work, make sure it says "Yes" next to the server under the RTB tab.
