dedicated server crashes when adjusting environment variables

when i try to adjust the environment variables on my server the server crashes.

my cpu is an amd athalon 64x2 and i have 6GB of DDR2 ram the os is windows 7 home 64 bit. one mod i have is very buggy. will getting an amd fx 6 core cpu fix the crashes. or is it the buggy rp mod?

Post your console log. No need to buy a new CPU or whatever...

Try disabling this "buggy rp mod" and see what happens. Also post your console log.

on a different issue, the pc that i am using to run the server now can't access any bl related sites including rtb. my primary gaming pc can access those sites. did some troll insert a virus that edits the hosts file in windows. malewarebytes does not find any issues neater does super anti spyware. any search results in google relating to blockland are also affected.
