It's a 75x65, .png image. I've chosen the right file a dozen times, and still won't update to the right one. Any help/questions?

Well, I changed it to a gif anyway and it worked.

i am also unable to change my forum avatar and have tried the gif method.

Try jpg? make sure you click off the "I will use my own avatar" even if it is already checked off

.png still works perfect fine, it just doesn't have as much compression as .jpg or .gif
