Particle not displaying correctly as admin orb

For some reason, a bunch of files someone gave me are not showing up correctly. There's a huge box in the upper right corner and it's rainbow. Here's an example. I will post the script and the texture below.

Think I solved the rainbow colors problem, but why is there a huge white space outside of the image and its size?
