The server is fake.

Rotondo hosted a 'v9 Beta' server and (accidentally?) did not put a password on it. Anyone who joined instantly crashed (has encountered an error etc) and had to restart the game.

This server does not have Badspot's Guns Akimbo or the Horse Ray, nor does it have the Tank, Wrench Events testing/showoff or other things usually in his servers.

the only thing supporting the consturct one is if you hit the the sign it says badspot doesnt trust you enough

Badspot's id is 0. And Badspot has mods that no one else has. So if a server claiming to be his doesn't have them than it is fake.

Ok, on the server that Badspot, ID 0 was on, there is no Horse Ray, and he says it is his server. For some reason he doesn't have those. Big deal. It is the real server. Badspot, please tell them.

All he has to do is uninstall the mods.

My server doesn't have the mods because if I want to host a public server at this point I have to use v8. All of my mods are on the dev version of v9 and I didn't feel like copying them over.
