So it says it's 2.6 GB large, yet it only has a read-me file.
And the read-me file says:

This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system
that supports the ISO-13346 "UDF" file system specification.
so are there hidden files or something
I'm trying to switch back to windows, I'm running linux mint 13 right now. I formatted the flash drive to NTFS and it's ready for me to put the ISO on.
I have a product key and all, so no worries.
I'm using Linux's pre-installed archive manager.

Do you have an installation disk for windows? Or a download for windows?

The laptop I'm using right now is basically a hand-me-down.
It was broken and I fixed it.
So no.
I downloaded the ISO from a microsoft support website.

I didn't know you could download the isos...

yeah, they're right on the microsoft support forums
i just googled and they're right there
lol

Because there's multiple tracks on the disc, it only attempts to mount partition 1, which would be ISO-9660 instead of the UDF partition. lsblk, find the UDF partition, and mount it.
