Speedkart building - finish line camera not working

So I have had a problem with my speedkart builds. I haven't edited the finish line brick that comes with the starting line save, but when I step on it in the speedkart gamemode, I only get a chat message saying "camera"

Anyone know how to fix this?

First, I suppose the obvious question would be to ask if you actually set up an end-of-game camera brick. Did you do that?

Yes, I duplicated the camera bricks that came with the starting line set and made sure no events had changed and deleted the old one.
