It's high time to transition to Torque 3D.
But of course Badspot will never do that and we will end up using a 20-year-old game engine.

The point is that since it uses torquescript, it's easier to port add-ons and core game code.
Torque 3D has better networking than this old version. Imagine being able to download 10 music files from a server in 3 seconds instead of 40.

Torque 3D's networking is still exactly the same underlying model. Changes to the networking do not affect the speed you can receive files at. Badspot fixing the CDN system would affect it.
