I am a steam user, and I didn't see the dedicated download for the dedicated servers, I might have over looked it, any link so I can download it and work for steam?

Dedicated servers are not yet available for Steam users, since Badspot overlooked that in the Steam release. Pester him about it if you want support for them.

All I did was DL Blockland from the website and have a non-Steam version to use for dedicated servers.

Yeah but OP doesn't have a key so he can't use the non-steam version.
