it looks like all of your photos are jpg
Try using .png or some other uncompressed image filetype, I can see the compression in the pictures
Most DSLRs use .jpg as their file type. He said he hasn't touched the photos after they came out of the camera (I'm assuming that's still true). What exact model do you have? Sometimes the ISO limitations on cameras force your hand into having some graininess sometimes.
