I was at school playing extreme frisbee. I jumped to catch the frisbee and landed wrong on my left foot, kind of in a side position and stumbled back a bit. I couldn't walk and my ankle was super swollen. My shoes felt tight on my left foot after because the swollen part made my foot feel bigger. I have an ice pack on it, and it hurts a lot. I hate injuries. Mostly because I get injured a lot.
