People randomly being given wrenches in my server.

So this first started occurring during my Boxing Tournament a few weeks ago. During a match a player's boxing gloves would be randomly switched out with wrenches. At first I thought someone just hid events somewhere as a joke, but I reloaded the build without events and wrenches would still randomly be given to everyone sometimes. It stopped for a while, but tonight in my basketball tournament it has come back. People's basketballs have been being switched out with wrenches randomly. I checked the minigame in slayer and no teams or defaults toolsets have wrenches in them. I have no idea how this is even happening. Possibly a backdoor? Help and suggestions would be great because this is irritating.

has to be a backdoor, no other way, check through all enabled add-ons is your best bet of finding the backdoor.

Do you use slayer? If yes update to the newest version.
