ea can't pull games off of steam, so the only ones "origin-locked" are the ones made after its launch

If you still have access to your old computer with your old Spore files, look under
Computer > Local Disk > ProgramFiles (x86) > Electronic Arts

That's where your Spore files are stored. Copy the folder onto a flash drive or something and put it back where it belongs on the new computer. Install the game and your able to play with your old stuff.
