was it illegally searched? were you read your rights? you can probably fight it if it truly didn't follow due process of law and they didn't have reasonable suspicion.
edit: nvm didn't see the ohio thing. although if it actually was the trunk you can probably still fight it. if it ended in your favor they wouldn't be able to hold any of the stuff against you in court so
