well me and my dad are going to look at the car today. no idea whether he'll want it or not, just doesnt seem in good enough condition to me under the hood without that 440.

I can't see all of the car, but from the available photos, the rust doesn't seem to bad for sitting that long.

body is straight and pretty rust free, except for under the vinyl top. engine compartment is stuff though, check OP
