So I need to crop out a thing but I don't have Punblisher to crop it and I can't afford it. Is there any other program kinda like Microsoft Publisher that I can crop something out for free?

Plz don't kill this. I just want help.

There's plenty of online image croppers, lol. Paint.net can crop images. MS Paint can crop images.

if you want to crop an image just use mspaint
if you want to make a screen snip use snipping tool

Why would you even use publisher for normal images in the first place?
