The AMD R9 series is ridiculous

if you can afford the 270, get it
I know the time when they were $300 (as much as the R9 280x originally was) each...all those jealous miners like me hogged them! Ha ha.
Anyway, I prefer AMD cards because you can always make money off of them when you are not gaming.

If you can spent $20 more get the 270x
Or you can overclock a R9 270 non-X by 10% and you get the same result.

Or he could get the r9 270x and overclock that by 10%
Or maybe he doesn't feel comfortable overclocking

r9 270 is much better for only a little more

That's crazy, where do you work? At my job they're required to give you at least, it's either 14 or 15 hours, unless you ask for less
I work at McDonald's.
I will go with the later unless someone suggetss something better.

whats the difference between these two? and is it noticeable.

650 ti is good and runs most games on max settings at about 50-60 fps, i got assassins creed 3 for free with mine

No. The R9 270x is identical to the R9 270; it's just clocked to 1050 MHz instead of 925. So to achieve the effect you're talking about, you can take a R9 270 and OC it by 25% (to 1155 MHz).
