Is it possible to connect to an iPod touch from an android phone?

I was wondering if you could set it up so an andriod phone can connect to an iPod touch as a vpn or something similar to Remote Desktop connection. Is it even possible?

Absolutely not. Apple will never allow applications to run as daemons, and therefore will never allow remote connections to mobile devices.
