you could get some PortaPros and look like a spaceman but when you fold them away you look like a ninja so you can be a ninja spaceman

They sound great and they're comfortable to boot (unless you have a large-ish head).

Only problem is the fact that they're open so sound leaks in quite a bit in crowded areas. Not optimal for the subway, but cranking up the volume hasn't made me deaf.
