Youtube partnership?

So I was recently contacted by a guy from a partnership channel called TGN. They apparantly want to partner with me
I'm leaning for it but I've been doing research. I'm still not exactly sure what to do
I'm just going to ask what you guys think

Look through their contract first. I don't really trust partnership due to the limitations applied to making videos.

TGN's pretty huge. I wouldn't partner with them though, some of the people they've partnered with aren't that great.

Don't partner with them. If you got offered, odds are you're probably good enough to just partner with youtube.

With TGN you're going to get less than Youtube will offer. They're basically saying "hey partner with us, and give us some of your AdCents money!"
