Is there a way to disable ALT + ENTER from putting you on fullscreen?

It isn't in bindkeys.

The first one gives a message box asking if you actually want to do that. The second completely disables it.

Oh, right. I forgot you could just disable it actually going into fullscreen, even though you can't do anything about the keybind.

I just don't want it to go into Fullscreen, I hit ALT+ENTER when I'm building sometimes by mistake and it messes up my server.
