From what I know, it will be open 24/7 for the families who lost people during the tragic attack and then it will be open to the public. I think this museum is wonderful, it really can show people the destruction it caused and what America is all about (helping one another). I plan on visiting it soon.

Honestly I don't care if 9/11 was an inside job or who did it. That's to be debated for another day. The point is, it was a huge tragedy and the victims and survivors should not be taken lightly.
