Filos - Spamming and Asking For VIP.

So I decide to play on a random server(in this case it was Tezuni's) and this spammer by the name of "filos" spams the server with other language letters. His ID is 87958.
I have proof of him spamming and asking for VIP.

In a nutshell he won't stop spamming and even though he was asked to stop spamming he simply ignored the person asking and continued to spam and ask for VIP. Just be advised as he may continue to spam.

none of the characters he used matches Russian, as far as I know. he's most likely a child who recently found a Character Map and is intrigued by the fancy symbols.

and even then he's still attempting to spam. certain messages were repeated multiple times.
