can I have some help finding a file?

Forgive me if this is in the wrong place.
I'm looking for the height control support so I can install helicopter add-ons does anybody know where a working dl for the file is?

I'm sure there are more helicopter add-ons, but you don't necessarily need HeightControl for them to work, it just helps with controlling them a little.

If the creator of height control had any sense, it would only be a server sided add-on.
