state and federal enforcements do not apply to a militia. they are technically the enemy reason we need militia lol

the sheriffs are supposed to have the militia. (they do, contact one)

That is the thing about the constitution, we have no citizen-militia. Now you have to go around and join the Army or the militia equality of a police force or most likely the state army (whoever you call it).

So essentially, it should be given to stable people who would have been accepted into a militia, AKA people who are not mentally ill.

National Guard is technically the state's militia, they act as a paramilitary in times of danger.

 Its version 2.

But my family owns a Mossberg Cruiser. Things so old though it jams when you pump the slide, spent ammo wont eject automatically anymore.

Woah, forums went down for a few minutes.

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed
You see in criminal justice, we basically read that amendment as, "You have the right to own a firearm and defend your property".

There are so many interpretations now that it isn't clear what it actually was implying. I just think citizens should bear arms for hunting, sport and self defense.
