Steam server doesnt save rtb prefs

So I am using the steam server method to host a dedi, every time i close out of the server (hitting the X button obviously) the server doesnt save my rtb admin list when i reboot it
help!
im using the transitional rtb made by port, it keeps the prefs menu surprisingly

type quit(); into the console instead of pressing the X button next time, this should save your prefs.
