Should work. Reinstall and retry.

If you have a key bound to F10 through F12, unbind them.

Did you make sure your blockland shortcut has -mod editor at the end of the target?

He's using Vista, if you are using Windows XP as your operating system, put quotes around the C:\Program Files\Blockland part.
As in, put this:

I'm not using Vista, but your point is valid. Apparently this copy of XP stripped the quotes after I edited it. Thanks, I didn't notice that. Fixing it now.
