On a steam installation where is BlocklandLauncher ?

I am trying to fix a guys problem, I found out how to do it through the registry but need to know where the launcher is

The Blockland launcher isn't present in the steam version, because Steam handles the installation and maintenance of the game's files.

If you need the launcher to download some files or make a new blockland installation, download this: http://blockland.us/files/BlocklandPortable.zip and put the launcher somewhere, then launch it with -profilepath path/to/SteamApps/Common/Blockland/
