Yeah 100 degrees F is completely fine.
I still second the idea of getting a new case. Having a roomy case is pretty much a requirement because most modern video cards are huge.
You could easily get a good case and a
GTX 760 or r9 280x
for around $300

You really shouldn't need to worry until something goes up to 195+ F consistently. Most highly sensitive or low-quality hardware will probably start to melt or receive other form of permanent damage around 220-235 F. Usually my GPU idles at ~115-120 F and that's with a case from ~2005 which has no built-in cooling.

There is no cooling issue, don't you know how to read?

It's very very common to have a GPU idle at that temperature and as Herpa pointed out, they are very resistant to temperatures until around 80 Celsius.  Every GPU I have owned or worked with idles around 30-37 Celsius.
i only took grade 2 english class give me a break

Look into the AMD Radeon R9 270X, that thing is a BEAST and extremely competitive around the ~$250 mark

I'd suggest an MSi-built card, my Cyclone GTX-550Ti has ran beautifully for 2 years under intense usage

However it sounds like the cooling in your case isn't optimal. What manufacturer is your GTX-560? That card shouldn't be operating that hot under any circumstances; I'd suggest rearranging some things and getting better fans.

EDIT: stuff. Read that as 100 Celsius.
