Author Topic: How good is this computer  (Read 1570 times)

Not too good. I have 2 gigs of RAM and windows uses at least 50% or so at all times so it won't be able to run anything too intensive too well. Everything else doesn't look too bad with the exception of the GPU (though the hard drive is leaning on the low side; a 2 tb drive can be bought for $70-80 or so nowadays IIRC). Is there any chance you can upgrade it (chances are you won't be able to do much if anything, considering the GPU is more than likely a AGP card for starters)?

OH MY GOD OH MY loving GOD ARE YOU SERIOUS JUST OH MY GOD I AM LOSING MY loving stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2 gigabytes of ram is hardly enough to run crysis 2 on even medium or low settings
that gpu probably can't even run unreal tournament 2004 on max settings.
that cpu really is minimal, i don't know what to say about it other than the fact that it's lower class.

4gb of ram, Intel core 2 duo, geforce gt610, win7 enterprise (since yesterd )
I also have a few 1tb disks, most of which is taken up by research
