Reinstalled the game after a hard drive format and I can no longer host a server, my ports 28000-28030 are forwarded TCP and UDP.

I have 15mb/s up and down

just change the server port in config.cs

Ok well i changed it to 27015 (another port I had forwarded) and it works now. weird. Thanks Zapk

Your local IP is probably changing. Set it to a static IP.
