Help with Album art on mp3 Files

So i got mp3tag and i put in some homemade mp3 files, but i didnt have a music recorder, so i just used bandicam off the side of my screen, and then i changed the video files into mp3 files, and i put them into mp3tag and changed the cover art, but when i try to play them, they wont play at all, any help out their?

You can't just change the extension to mp3 and expect it to work, you need to use a converter of some sort to extract the audio from the movie file.
